New SQF Certified Facility Reinforces Innovative Culture and Growth for Royal Pet Inc.
HASTINGS, MN, Jul. 13, 2020 – Royal Pet Inc., a premium pet treat company is moving to a new 70,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in order to meet the growing demand for quality “Made in the USA” dog and cat treats. The new SQF certified building will feature state-of-the-art equipment that will further expand Royal Pet’s unique ability to blend, extrude, injection mold, assemble, package, and ship product all under one roof.
“Right now, we are spread out across 3 different warehouses and this new space will allow us to consolidate everything into one permanent home,” says Troy Petersen, CEO and Founder. “Our overall capacity will double in size to ensure a guaranteed product supply for our increasing customer base, and provide a solid foundation to continually innovate premium recipes that our customers have “come to know and love.”
The treat production will continue to uphold Royal Pet’s high standard of sanitation, cleanliness, and manufacturing excellence, with enhanced capabilities and capacity. The larger space with also accommodate Royal Pet’s hard goods side of the business, including toys, pet apparel, waste management solutions, and more. The new office space is directly connected to the treat facility and designed to encourage employee collaboration and team building in an effort to continue delivering innovative concepts and make it a fun and exciting place to work.
